Mr. Rohan Vardaro

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr Vardaro has over a decade of legal experience in corporate governance, regulatory and commercial disputes. He joined Tamboran in 2022, led the legal work on the Company’s ASX Scheme of Arrangement required for its initial public offering on the NYSE, and now oversees its governance and disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules and U.S. securities laws. Before Tamboran, Mr Vardaro was In-House Counsel at Lendi Group (formerly Aussie Home Loans).

His earlier career was in private practice in Adelaide and Sydney, acting in complex commercial litigation such as major shareholder and class action proceedings. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University, and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
